How are you to day ? I hope you are always in the protection of Allah SWT. Here I also good news.
This week I well write a blog about it’s your last meal on eart-what do you choose.
Food I choose the rice . Because rice is a complete source of nutrients such as protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Rice also contains fiber that serves to launch the gastrointestinal tract as well as vitamins and minerals. White rice can accelerate the formation of urine so in other words white rice including diuretics. White rice is the staple food of the day the majority of indonesian society is also useful as an anti-inflammatory. White reice contain the mineral manganese serves to maintain immunity and thiamin nutrients that are beneficial for improving cognitive function.
The benefits of white rice :
1.       Energy sources
2.       Support the growth of older humans
3.       Increase good mood
4.       Prevent cancer
5.       Rice narkolesterol
6.       Rich in vitamins
7.       Treat dysentery
8.       Good for bones
9.       Good for teeth
That’s my reason whhy rice as my last meal on earth if breakfast without rice, my body was so weak, it is not powered. Rice is compulsory breakfast for me.
